Theme Rotation

Session Details
Each session runs 90 minutes including a 15-minute introduction, 45-minute interactive segment, and 30-minute wrap-up with Q&A.
Select sessions offer remote participation via video link. Hybrid attendees receive digital materials in place of printed handouts.
All participants receive session worksheets, reference guides, and access to digital resources for personal review after the workshop.
In-person sessions are held at 675 Ponce De Leon Ave NE, Atlanta, GA 30308. Free street parking is available nearby. The studio is accessible via public transit with a stop within two blocks.

Group Size
We cap each session at 14 participants to ensure meaningful interaction and adequate facilitator attention. Minimum enrollment of 4 participants is required for a session to proceed.
Waitlists are maintained for sessions that reach capacity. If a session is full, we notify waitlisted individuals when spots become available.
Small groups allow for open conversation where participants share perspectives and ask questions freely. Facilitators guide discussions while ensuring content remains educational and on-topic.
